Returns & Exchanges
At REVISITED we’re striving to offer you the best shopping experience possible. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the delivery date to make a return. Please contact us immediately after delivery to schedule the return. Please contact our customer care by emailing customercare@revisitedmatters.com.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges and taxes and duties that may occur.
All items must be returned in the same condition as received; unwashed, unworn and with the original labels attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost.
REVISITED cannot be held responsible for defaults that occur as the result of improper wash.
All items marked as sale orders are not eligible for return and are considered final sale
We only accept exchanges if there’s clear prove of damage that occurred during shipping.
All exchanges are only upon approval from REVISITED. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if they don’t meet the conditions specified in the return policy. If an exchange wouldn’t be possible we’ll return the money within 15 business days.
All exchanges are subject to a shipping charge.
Shipping charges won’t be credited in case of exchange.
